• Submit a completed Broussard Police application along with copies of any certifications, driver’s license, and voter registration card. The application (PDF Reader Required) can be downloaded here.

• Initial face-to-face interview
• Background investigation to include prior employment history, criminal history, and driving history
• Physical examination to include physical fitness & drug screen
• VSA (voice stress analysis) examination
• Psychological evaluation
